Elon Musk acquired the “Twitter” platform in 2022, under the brand "X Corp" to become the primary asset of X Corp, a service that has now been renamed X, but “Musk” added to his company "X" another company specialized in artificial intelligence, which is known as "X.AI".
“Musk” tweeted that X Corp investors would own 25 percent of “XAI” while it was unclear the shareholder structure of X Corp, given that the entity is now private. Musk had announced his intention to create another company X.AI, and recently began launching the first product Grok, a large language model characterized by humor, offers a significant difference to the competition, and is trained on X data.
